This premium label - Garyubai Junmai Daiginjyo Muroka Nama Genshu is an unpasteurised and unfiltered sake that has a fruity fragrance yet at the same time produce a rich and deep flavour after few sips. One can experience a mellow taste from the classic style of 'Bizen Omachi' rice that is used to brew this sake. Brewed from a boutique sake brewery located in a small town at Niigata. The Echigo No Karakuchi Junmai Sake is a very hearty sake, with a unique nose containing blends of steamed rice, cocoa, and musky aromas. It uses premium Niigata home-grown rice-like ‘Gohyaku Mangoku’ for the earthy aroma and complex bodied. It also has strong rice and umami characteristics and has a smooth yet dry aftertaste.
