Kiku-Masamune Kimoto Daiginjyo Sake
The Kiku Masamune Kimoto Daiginjyo Sake is brewed using the traditional and labour intensive Kimoto method, which results in the signature clean, crisp taste. This sake is one brew to please every discerning palate, with its distinctive, rich flavour slightly tart with a slight semblance of pears. It can be best savoured either at room temperature or chilled. Recommended pairing with satsuma age (fish cake), garlic flavour chicken wings, sushi or steamed fish.

Kiku-Masamune Koujyo Shiboritate Junmai Sake
This fantastic value for money sake has a refreshing with a strong peach and pineapple tropical fruit flavour. A new world saké with strong fruit flavours on a crisp, clean saké using old-world production methods. Recommended pairing with gyoza, chives, minced meat, truffle spaghetti, saba sashimi and grilled rice mochi.
Based in Kobe, Kiku-masamune brewery has been consistently producing outstanding saké for over 350 years (it was established in 1659). With an emphasis on high quality and the use of traditional methods, it has since become one of Japan’s leading saké brands.

Brewed from a boutique sake brewery located in a small town at Niigata. The Echigo No Karakuchi Junmai Sake is a very hearty sake, with a unique nose containing blends of steamed rice, cocoa, and musky aromas. It uses premium Niigata home-grown rice-like ‘Gohyaku Mangoku’ for the earthy aroma and complex bodied. It also has strong rice and umami characteristics and has a smooth yet dry aftertaste. This boutique's sake is best enjoyed either chilled, at room temperature, or warm. Best paired with lighter food profiles like tempura, steamed fish, tofu, and onigiri.
