Cook Onsen Tamago Udon
1. Boil Maruei Uma Udon for 5 mins to be cooked and filter the water away
2. Season the Udon with bonito sauce and sesame oil and stir it well
3. Place the udon in a bowl and crack the Onsen Tamago over the top
4. Lightly season the Tamago with a dash of soy sauce and sprinkle some spring onions or chilli oil and you are ready to eat

Cook Curry Udon
Easy Way [Serves 1]
1) Boil water in a pot (make sure there is enough water to cover the noodles).
2) Add 1 packet of Miyatake Nama Udon to boiled water and stir occasionally.
3) Cook udon for about 3 mins, or till desired texture.
4) Run noodles under cold water and drain udon.
5) Place S&B Curry Sauce pouch, unopened, in a pan of boiling water for 3-5 mins
6) Open curry pouch and pour over udon.
7) Enjoy!
Gourmet Way [Serves 1]
Marinate Meat:
1) Prepare meat of your choice (pork/chicken/beef) & cut in cubes.
2) Marinate meat in miso and a pinch of pepper and salt
3) Leave the meat to marinate for at least 30 mins.
Prepare Vegetables:
1) Slice 1 small onion into desired length.
2) Prepare some spring onions for garnish.
Prepare udon:
1) Boil water in a pot (make sure there is enough water to cover the noodles).
2) Add 1 packet of Miyatake Nama Udon to boiled water and stir occasionally.
3) Cook udon for about 3 mins, or till desired texture.
4) Run noodles over cold water and drain.
To cook:
1) Add a little oil to the saucepan and heat over low heat.
2) Add onions and saute for about 2 mins before adding your marinated meat.
3) Stir-fry onions and meat till meat is partially cooked.
4) Pour S&B Curry Sauce pouch into the saucepan and stir over medium heat.
5) Leave curry sauce to boil.
6) Pour the curry over udon & enjoy!
