Aji no Moto Tobachan a full-fledged aged Chinese chilli bean sauce made by fermenting spicy soy sauce with special soybean koji. It can be used in a wide range of applications, from kitchen cooking such as stir-fried mapo tofu and meat and vegetables to seasoning such as spicy sauce of dumplings.
