Japanese Name: 千歳鶴 大吟醸「吉翔」
Made with the finest Yamada-Nishiki Rice from Hyogo and aged during the cold winter months in Hokkaido, this sake is smooth, slightly sweet and has a rich finish. On the nose, aromas of Lychee, Banana and Pineapple, coupled with flavours of Peach, White flowers and Honeysuckle. Best enjoyed chilled.
