Japanese Name: 千歳鶴 氷を浮かべて 吟醸酒
Chitosetsuru Ginjyo Koori Wo Ukabete sake uses sub-soil water of Toyohira River. Subsoil water is the underground water which flows under the riverbed. The water is filtered naturally in the underground, so it is said that the water quality is higher than surface water.
Hence this sake produces a smooth balance when savoured, with slightly sharp acidity yet fruity lingering sensation.
