The Hakkaisan Hyotan Junmai Ginjyo Sake is a full-bodied sake produced through a careful, long-term fermentation process at low temperatures. It has a well-harmonised balance of freshness and restraint, which delivers a very sophisticated taste. It is best enjoyed either warmed or chilled. Recommended to be pair with tempura or even Korean cuisines like Kimchee.
