Kan Nihon Kai Ishimi Ryoshi shu is made from a mixture of Yamada Nishiki and Gohyaku Mangoku rice in Shimane, both of which are the most premium sake rice in Japan. As written in the name, this sake is made to pair with fish especially. Its gentle aroma with rich rice flavour enhances the taste of dishes.
