A mixture of bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, frigate mackerel flakes and kelp from Hokkaido is used to create a refined white soup stock flavour. This stock is great for adding into soups for that additional umami flavour. Dilute it using hot/cold water. No preservatives or artificial colourings are added.
