Satsuma shochu “Akarigemon” is made from sweet potato called “Bani Satsuma” from Minami-Satsuma.
The sweetness and gorgeousness of Beni Satsuma is brwewed with a traditional bewery’s white rice koji called “Kogane Sennuki” to maximize the original flavor . It has a elegant mellow aroma and deep sweet potato taste.
