Kahogura Gokujo Tokubetsu Honjyozo Sake is brewed using the king of Sake Rice, Toku "A" Yamada-Nishiki Rice from Hyogo Prefecture. It is is also made using the ancient sake making method : Kimoto Style, which originated in Hyogo.
