What are Drinking Points and what do I do with them?

Simply create an account with us, and you will automatically be given 50 Drinking Points. Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram to get an extra 10 Drinking Points!  

With every $1 spend at Sake Inn, you will earn 1 Drinking Point. All points can be redeemed into vouchers used for your purchases.

What are the various delivery methods?

Notice: Self collection is currently not available till further notice.

Upon checking out, you will have the option to choose your delivery method and timing.

Is free local shipping available?

Yes. For every order $100 and above (after the usage of any promo codes and discount), you are eligible for our free delivery.

For orders below $100, a small delivery fee of $10 will be imposed. Alternatively, self-collection is available at our office, at no additional charge.

If I want to do a self-collection, where should I go?

Self collection is available at our office:

What happens if I am not at home for the delivery?

If no one is at home to collect the parcel, a Sake Inn representative will contact you and if you are agreeable, we will leave the items at your door and place it as discreetly as possible. However, Sake Inn bears no responsibility if the delivered items are damaged or goes missing in the process. 

If you prefer not to leave your parcel outside, we will have to schedule another delivery with a fee of $10.00. 

What if I'm not happy with my goods?

Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy in our Terms & Conditions. 

What are the modes of payment? 

We accept Shopify Pay, Visa®, and MasterCard® payments.

I am an overseas customer interested in products from Sake Inn. Is Sake Inn able to do overseas delivery?

 Sorry, we do not provide overseas delivery due to tax and legislation issues.
