The Hakkaisan Yoroshiku Senman Kome Shochu is made by incorporating the skills of the Hakkaisan sake brewery. The process consists of using crafted sake yeast, as well as applying a three-step preparation process, typical to that of sake brewing. The result is a gentle flavour that can be enjoyed neat, with ice cubes, or diluted with room temperature or hot water. Pairs well with all types of Japanese cuisines and even Chinese cuisines.
