Ogatama Sake Brewery was founded in the historic Nagatoshi area, and has been making shochu based on the "warm old wisdom". Even now, we value that commitment, and the authentic shochu "Eiri" was born. It has a light and sweet taste and is a gem with a mellow aroma. A sweet potato shochu with a smooth and sweet mouth.
