This sake is the first of its kind to win 3 awards as a Futsu-Shu in the prestigious International Wine Challenge (IWC). Elegant style of Futsu-Shu, red apple skin, soft texture, yoghurt creaminess, hint of grapefruit zest, melon rind, white pepper. Light round transparent, long lingering aftertaste. Peachy nose with fresh Nashi pear. Gently spicy with nutmeg on palate and rounded off with a fresh and smooth finish.
