Japanese Name: 千歳鶴 氷を浮かべて 吟醸酒
Chitosetsuru Ginjyo Koori Wo Ukabete sake uses sub-soil water of Toyohira River. Subsoil water is the underground water that flows under the riverbed. The water is filtered naturally underground, so it is said that the water quality is higher than surface water.
