Japanese Name: 越路吹雪 秋あがり 純米吟醸酒

Koshiji Fubuki Junmai Ginjo Akiagari is a seasonal release from Takano Shuzo. It is carefully aged in the cold winter months and through summer, which allowed the flavours and aromas to intensify and deepen. On the nose, it has aromas of Roasted Chestnuts, Malted Cereal, White Miso and Cheese, with flavours of Steamed Rice, Dried Fruits and Almonds. Best enjoyed hot or at room temperature.
