A fresh crisp summer Junmai Daiginjyo made with 100% Iwate prefecture rice meant for sake-making, "Yuinoka". It produces sake with a light, clean aroma paired with an elegant and smooth finish. Aromas of ripe Melon and Strawberry are present, accompanied by flavours of Mango, Banana, and Steamed Rice. Best enjoyed chilled.
