Japanese Name: 大信州 みぞれ りんご梅酒
The Daishinshu Mizore Ringo Umeshu has a sweet taste and rich aroma, with a taste of ripe apples and plums. An interesting and rare combination of adding apples to umeshu to balance out the tarty taste, leaving a sweet note after a few sips. It is best served chilled and can be paired with cuisines like fatty fish or fish in a rich sauce. Also excellent for an after-meal dessert drink.
