Yamatan-Masamune Daiginjyo Sake is a masterpiece in terms of quality of ingredients and brewing process. Used the best sake rice, Yamada Nishiki sake rice, succeeded to have polish it down to 35%, then gently brewed by traditional techniques. This result in a refreshing fruity Ginjyo aroma with a soft but sharp taste.
