This sake can be nicknamed as "Shimizu of Lightning" as sake drinkers always feel that the water is charged and electrified after drinking. The Hakkaisan Futsushu Sake tastes dry and clean, with a light fragrance that lingers slightly. Recommended pairing with tonkotsu or miso flavour food.
