Japanese Name: 大関 甘酒

The Ozeki Amazake contains a low alcohol percentage and is a sweet sake obtained from fresh sake kasu (the lees from the production process). It has a delicate sweetness of honey, and hints of ginger. Amazake is popular amongst the Japanese due to its health benefits as it is rich in vitamin B and amino acids. You can enjoy this drink in room temp, hot or chilled.
