Shin Shin Ajiwai Umeboshi is a lightly seasoned, and easy-to-eat umeboshi.  It can be used to serve rice balls, bento boxes, and various Japanese dishes. Great for serving with shochu or to enhance the taste of you plum wine (umeshu) too!
