Junmai Daiginjo Sake specially made for this Tsunodaru, only pasteruzied once to lock in the fresh flavours. The deep, sharp sweetness of this Sake makes it easy to enjoy. Made using locally grown Hyogo Kita-Nishiki rice grown in the Tamba region.
