The Kuro Onibi Shochu is made from carefully-selected purple sweet potatoes found in Kagoshima. It has a refreshing aftertaste, with a unique aroma and richness of sweet potatoes. Recommended to pair with vegetables salad, truffle chawanmushi, tempura, black sesame tofu, yuba beancurd skin in soup.
