Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjyo Sake Seasonal Special

This Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjyo Sake Seasonal Special has a mild ginjyo aroma, gentle umami and acidity, and is fresh, fresh, dignified and elegant. It has a rice polishing ratio of 50%. This sake can be enjoyed in any temperature range as sake and is a suitable Hakkaisan for a gorgeous dining table with your loved ones.

Kubota Snow Peak Junmai Daiginjyo Sake

The Kubota Snow Peak Junmai Daiginjyo Sake is made to be enjoyed differently across the four seasons. Made with natural yeast starters using the Yamahai technique, the resulting taste is distinctive and harmonious, creating a deep flavour. The serving temperature may be adjusted depending on the seasons or your preferences - when chilled, it gives a sharp, acidic aftertaste, and when served warm, it has a distinctive, mild aroma.

Brewed in the heart of Niigata. Both Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai Sake & Yoshinogawa Gokujyo Tokubetsu Junmai Sake are made using highly-regarded Gohyakumangoku rice. Enjoy your CNY feast with these two versatile tokubetsu junmai sakes in our curated Huat Bundle for the Year of the Tiger.

Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai (720ml) is produced only for export to markets out of Japan. The rice is polished down to 60% to produce clean, junmai-style sake. 

Yoshinogawa Gokujyo Tokubetsu Junmai Sake (720ml) A special junmai sake using locally grown Gohyaku-Mangoku sake rice. It has a mild and smooth flavour of natural rice, which goes well with a variety of cuisines.
