Japanese Name: 小鼓 ぶどうリキュール 深山ぶどう
A rich grape juice made from 100% fruit, yet it also hints at the refined, mature taste of wine. The flavor of “Miyama Grape” is supported by grappa-making techniques possessed by only a handful of companies in Japan. Simply put, grappa is a distilled spirit made from grape skins and fruit. Its defining feature is a refreshing aroma that cannot be achieved with other types of shochu.
This rich liqueur is made with red grapes, white brandy, and lime. With the wild, expressive aroma of white brandy and the complex flavors of red grapes, it has been crafted into a truly captivating liqueur. No sugar is used. Enjoy it straight or on the rocks, paired with crackers or light snacks.
This popular liqueur achieved first place in the liqueur category at the 2014 Tenma Tenjin Umeshu Competition.
