Japanese Name: にんべん割烹白だし

A mixture of bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, frigate mackerel flakes and kelp from Hokkaido is used to create a refined white soup stock flavour. This stock is great for adding into soups for that additional umami flavour just dilute it using hot/cold water. Use it for chawanmushi, tamagoyaki or to make japanese pickles. No preservatives or artificial colourings are added.
