Japanese Name: こいくち

Kikkoman Usukuchi Light Shoyu has been brewed in a light colour. Using this product, the colour of dishes such as simmered vegetables and soup with seasonal vegetables remains as original, and yet it has a deep flavour. Light soy sauce has a higher salt content than normal dark soy sauce, so make sure to taste it when cooking.
