Brewed from a rare premium sake rice from Akita, its full rice flavour is complemented by an extremely dry finish with an elegant and mellow aroma. Enjoy it in a wide range of temperatures, from cold to hot sake. Recommended to warm it to about 45-50 ℃ to enjoy a smooth and creamy sweetness. Complements well with lighter taste profile cuisines like salad, steamed fish or soup.
