Japanese Name: 金印 わさび塩
Kinjirushi Wasabi Salt is mixed Genmai (Brown rice flour) with domestic Hon Wasabi Leaf to create its rich flavour. Simply sprinkle on it to add the flavour of wasabi. Since the domestically-selected wasabi leaves with specially selected vivid colour are used, the wasabi salt green colour is very dark, so that it enhances the colour of dishes. It goes well with fried food and meat as well as Japanese food.
