Japanese Name: 環日本海.純米吟醸【渦　八反錦】

This Kan Nihon Kai UZU Hattan-Nishiki 55 Junmai Ginjyo has a rich aroma light taste with mild acidity in the after-taste. It uses Hattan-Nishiki rice and pure spring water from Shimane to brew this sake, hence resulting in the earthy notes.
