How To Cook The Perfect Japanese Bowl of Rice

Ordinary rice can be delicious even when eaten plainly. Plain rice "gohan" can be consumed and accompanied by several okazu dishes, tsukemono (pickles) and miso soup. To cook Japanese Rice the right way in your rice cooker, just follow these simple steps.
  1. Wash rice gently to retain its flavour.
  2. Drain rice well with colander.
  3. Place rice in rice cooker and add adequate amount of water (accordingly).
  4. Soak rice for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Switch on the rice cooker.

Available in 2 KG.
